Plan an introductory meeting
I first assess whether your question fits my expertise. If it does, we plan a 30–60 minute conversation about the problem, desired outcome, current process, systems and constraints.

How I work
Something tangible first. Only then a decision.
A good solution starts with the real financial process. For projects that fit my expertise, I first build a small, free prototype around the core problem. You see my approach before deciding: continue, refine or stop.
Each step makes the next decision concrete. I only continue when it is clear to both you and me that moving forward makes sense.
A short initial assessment

Request an introductory meeting →After the first conversation
If you want to continue after the conversation, I assess the project again with the full context. I consider whether it matches my financial and technical expertise and interests, and whether I can deliver a fitting solution within your budget and technical constraints. My approach is robust and precise, but also pragmatic. That way of working needs to suit you too.
Usually 2–5 working days
For projects that fit, I build one clearly scoped prototype around the core problem. It shows how the solution could work and what it could deliver. I do not need access to your systems or data, and there is no contractual commitment beforehand. This lets you assess both the proposed direction and the way I think and deliver. It is not yet a finished product.
One focused session
I review the prototype with you. Together, we test it against your day-to-day reality and decide what still needs to change.
A substantiated proposal
Only then do I prepare the proposal: outcome, scope, timeline and investment, substantiated by what the prototype has shown.
Build, test, hand over
I build and test the final solution, show progress along the way, and document the system for use, maintenance and any future handover.

FinanceGrip is a good fit for both small and complex financial processes that are manual, repetitive or unclear and can be set up more intelligently in digital form.
A recurring finance process consumes too much manual effort.
You have data, or want to start collecting it, but need clearer insight for decision-making.
Spreadsheets, hand-offs or disconnected tools create uncertainty.
The logic matters as much as the interface.
A focused prototype can validate the direction before a larger build.
Describe the process, where it gets stuck and what you want to achieve. I read every request myself and contact you if the question fits my expertise.
A reply normally follows within five working days.
